Since the beginning of times,

Everyone has a void in their heart,

Which lead to a never ending quest to fill it.


Some may find them in love,

Others may find them in success.

However there is a similarity between them,

A heart filled with sins or virtue.


The void that exist within my heart,

Is filled with darkness and depression,

For it has broken one too many times.


Time and time again,

The heart was shattered,

Till there is nothing left but a void.


The light no longer shines in this clouded heart,

For it has lost its faith…

All that is left is a heart filled with darkness…


The emotion within the heart,

Has became solitude with depression,

For it has lost its faith and trust in love.


My heart or emotions has became as frozen,

As the chilly and dark days of winter,

Where the sun will never rises,

And the cold never sleeps.


Maybe till a day when the ice has melt,

And the heart becomes warm again,

Maybe then the sun will shine within the heart again.
